LA BELLE BOOKING POLICIES
Please read all policies before booking your appointment. If you are unable to find the time you need, or have any questions, do not hesitate to call, or send us an email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs in a timely manner.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
General:
Here at La Belle, we greatly value the time of our Estheticians and clients. When a client cancels last minute, or does not show up for a blocked appointment time, our Estheticians are left unable to fill these openings, while other clients may have been trying to fit on their schedules. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be automatically charged a rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. If a client “No Shows” any appointment, they will automatically be charged the full amount of the missed service(s) booked out on the Esthetician’s schedule. To avoid any charges, please give us ample notice for having to move any of your appointments.
We kindly ask that children not accompany you to any appointments for their safety and our quiet services as we can not be responsible for them. Thank you for understanding.
Full Lash Sets:
Full sets reserve a large amount of time on our artist's books (2+ hours). We ask that you please give us more than 24-hour notice if you need to move your full-set appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a rescheduling fee of $100. Cancellations or reschedules occurring on the Same business day as the appointment will be charged 50% of the full set cost. “No Show” appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Permanent Makeup:
All permanent makeup services require a 48 rescheduling/cancellation notice. Any changes made within 48 hours will result in a $100 rescheduling fee. “No Show" appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.
We understand that “life” happens, and serious emergencies may arise. Please call us as soon as possible to let us know what has happened and what to expect. Communication is key! Thank you for your understanding.
LASH SERVICES
Explanation of Services
Classic Set:
Classic lashes are applied at a 1:1 ratio. That means 1 eyelash extension per natural lash. Our classic sets are offered in multiple different diameters, lengths, and curl. You will consult with your artist at the time of your appointment to customize your look
Volume/Classic Mix:
This set is a mixture of Volume lashes (3-7 lightweight lashes applied in a fan-shape to 1 natural lash) and classic lashes (applied at a 1:1 ratio). It is perfect for clients looking for a little more volume or "oompf"
Volume Set:
Volume lashes are 3 or more lightweight lashes, applied in a fan-shape to 1 natural lash. Volume sets are fully customizable (can be natural or dramatic), and offer a light weight solution to clients wanting more fluff, without damaging the integrity of their natural lashes
Artistry levels:
There are 4 levels of artistry when booking lashes. Each level is determined by experience, speed, fullness, and retention. The higher the level of artistry, the more lashes that artist can apply in the given appointment time (therefore creating a fuller look). The more experienced the artist, the higher quality set you will receive. If a client wants to rebook a service and switch to a higher level of artist, they will be required to pay a one-time fee of the difference in lash set levels.
Lash retention and booking:
It is ultimately the client’s responsibility for booking out the proper amount of time needed for your appointment, based on the recommendation of your artist. Should you come to your appointment with less than 50% of your extensions on, you may be required to book more time, or a new full-set at the discretion of La Belle Studio. We can not guarantee that we will have the extra time to fill you that day. Please schedule and change the timing of your appointments according to this policy
Clients from a different studio:
Unfortunately, we do not take fills from other lash studios without a consult. Please book a consult prior to booking any lash service. You must be approved by consult before booking any fills
You may book a “New set (with removal)” without a consult. We will remove what is left from your current lash set, cleanse, and apply fresh, new extensions.
Are you prone to reactions?
Please understand that La Belle Studio has no way of knowing if you are going to have any type of reaction to a service. No service refunds are given in the event of a reaction. If you have a known allergy to surgical tape adhesive (please disclose to your artist, so they don’t use tape), cyanoacrylate, carbon pigment, we recommend you not book this service. If you’d like us to test you for possible reactions, please book a “Lash Consult” first.
PERMANENT MAKEUP
We require a consult prior to any permanent makeup service booking. This is to make sure we know what you are looking for, as a client, and to make sure that we can provide realistic expectations based on your wants, needs, and health history. Once approved at the consult, you can book your service.
Most consults can be completed by email. Go to forms, fill out required paperwork, send to Hello@labelle.com, and we can get you started. If you answer yes to any of these following conditions, it is mandatory to see you in person for a consult: PRIOR TATTOOING, problematic, or textured skin, scars, sun damaged skin, rosacea.
